Hospital is assisting a group to recruit an ENT. The group has 20 physicians, 79 employees and 9 locations. The population to physician ratio, along with migration statistics clearly support the recruitment of another ENT. The call is 1 in 3. The new ENT's office will be on the medical center's campus and is equipped with all the amenities needed for a successful ENT physician.
