Internist (traditional) needed about 1 hour from Longview and Texarkana, TX

No visa's. Internist needed in East Texas. This will be covering outpatient, inpatient and some ER work. Clinic see's about 25 patients a day. Inpatients are 8-10. There is a mid-level in the ER that needs back up sometimes. Call 1:4 (1 night a week and 1 weekend a month).
