Jodi Lloyd is one of the nation’s premier physician recruiters, from one of the largest physician recruitment firms in the country. She was in the top three recruiters for the nation while employed by a large and successful recruiting firm. She was the number one recruiter for the specialties that she focused on, which at the time was, surgical specialties. Jodi was one of the first members of the Million Dollar Club for physician recruiters. She qualified for the exclusive President’s Club every year that she was employed. And she successfully completed the Selecting Winners and Situational Leadership programs. In addition to being a Senior Search Consultant, Jodi also spent several years as a Managing Vice President and Operations Manager with this firm. She successfully lead a team of recruiters and helped to train the permanent placement recruiters on techniques and methodologies required for successful recruitment.

Laura came to Spot On Recruiting, Inc. after working eight years in a public relations position for a Fortune 500 company, where she consistently exceeded all goals presented to her. She has over 30 years of customer service, management, sales and negotiation experience but what really sets her apart from other healthcare recruiters is her many years of medical experience. She graduated as Valedictorian from a large Medical Assistant program. She practiced as a Certified Medical Assistant for many years where her duties included: front and back office management, medical billing/coding, medical transcription, patient medical record management, office lab testing, managing and supervising employees and the hiring and screening of potential employees. She has worked with MD's and DO's in the fields of: Primary Care, Infectious Disease and Sports Medicine. She has extensive experience in OB/GYN, pre-natal planning, outpatient surgery, birth control counseling, phlebotomy, hematology, urinalysis, EKG's, sigmoidoscopies, colposcopies and sterile procedures. She has worked with many cancer and AIDS patients as well. Her most rewarding position was at a Family Practice Residency clinic that supported three doctor's. She had the opportunity to assist in training of 18 Family Practice Residents. In this position she was chosen by the residents as the most valuable employee and received their Excellence in Service Award.
